I've got a 2019 Prime, base model with no optional upgrades. I've never really dug into the features of the infotainment system so maybe it can do more than I'm aware ... so is there any way that I can control the podcasts on my iPhone from the car's display? Maybe a particular app that I need to install on the car and/or iPhone? Just so that I can have a list of my podcasts show up on the car display and I can select on there, rather than fumbling around with my phone while ripping down the highway.

In the 2019 year if you plug in an Turn off signatures in Tapatalk a USB cable in the multimedia port, it should show up as an iPod, from there it can show a very basic playlist at least if you have a set of podcasts in a queue in the now playing section of the podcast app. From there you can use the built in car controls to pause or navigate between podcasts. Other than that with Bluetooth you can do the same thing though it won’t show track information.

I just replaced my old iPod with an iPhone. When I plugged it into my 2018 PP+ with a USB cable, I did see a playlist on the car's display. Have to say it was worse than the iPod's display, less organized. Weird. Maybe they fixed that in 2019
