i bought my Prius at like 24k miles from a official Prius dealer. Im having to replace one of my tires and was having trouble finding the size in my area. So ilook at the owners manual and on precision toyotas site and found out im not even supposed to be using these tires. Is there a reason my tires are 185/55 R16 when theyre supposed to be equipped with 175/65 R15 or 195/50 R16? does it matter or do i need to change all of them?

The tires currently on her is 0.33" taller and slimmer than factory specs. of 195/50R16. That being said, your speedometer is probably slightly off. https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=185-55r16-195-50r16
Typically; you should replace tires in pairs. One new tire and one old tire on the same axle can spin a car around, in an emergency/panic stop. Ditto, on a wet pavement - car will probably "pull" a bit to the side with better traction (more rubber/less wear).

    Hope this helps.....
