How to attach front license plate bracket and which to get?

    I'm getting around to fixing up the ol' 2006 Prius a bit more and am tackling the front bumper that was obliterated when I got the Prius since I bought it wrecked. I'm in a state that requires a front license plate and can find license plate brackets but was wondering how do they attach and where? Is there a specific license plate holder I should get? I like the OEM look if that makes any difference. I can't seem to find much of any info on how to put a license plate bracket on a front bumper on a second gen prius anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!

    I had to add a front plate to my wife's Prius when I put CO Tags on it. The bracket was under the back floor in with the spare tire. Thanks to the PO I just uses self tapping screws and was good to go. I live in the Springs and will keep you in mind as I search for parts. Junkyard is the best option.

    Amazon is a good place to go. That's where I got mine for my Gen 3. Great fit and quality. Advanced auto is another place that might sell them as an online only option. They had one for my Gen 3, but not sure for a Gen 2.

    Thank you! I've been by a couple of parts stores and they don't have any. There's only one more parts store within an hours drive and we're not on good terms right now. I'll try Amazon. I guess once I have one in hand I can see how it goes on.
