    Hello,
I'm ready to change the Spark Plugs for the first time at 122,000. Since I'm doing this, I have heard through the grapevine that its a good idea to at least clean the EGR pipe. After this point is where I'm a bit confused on what to do next. There appears to be a disagreement out there about if the Pipe is found to be in relatively good shape. If so do I stop there and forget about the EGR valve ,cooler and manifold cleaning. If the Pipe looks like the intestines on a bad day, then do I clean EGR Valve, cooler and intake manifold?
Any help which can point me into right direction would be appreciated!

With 122,000 miles, I wouldn’t hesitate, clean the full EGR system, including the intake manifold. More info in first link in my signature*.

Either clean the entire EGR and Intake Manifold or sell it before the bad stuff starts happening....
