Is there a fuse that controls the regenerative braking. After replacing the actuator the big part of the braking system that's right behind the valve cover and under the wipers everything is working brakes are working fine I have no dash lights now but I also have no regenerative braking showing up on my MFD when I let off the gas or gently touch the brakes I used to have a I don't know what color they were green broken lines or something that would show as regenerative braking now their solid gray The MFD is fully functional other than the solid gray lines that are showing when regenerative braking should be happening I'm at a loss I don't see any fuses out.

Did you do a complete brake bleed on the new unit using Techstream (or another pro-level scanner)?

I would first use a scantool and see if the car actually does have regenerative braking - does the HV battery ecu show positive and negative amperage when driving (or discharge and charge?)

What scantool have you used to bleed the system and confirm that there are no codes in any system? (I want to see the system scan).

If that's ok then you have to see what's up with the MFD- did you replace the MFD on this car?

I use the instructions posted here from the manual 17 pages for the gen 2 I did it exactly in order and checked everything twice the majority of the air that came out of the system was in the rear the front took two or three strokes and everything was good but we did eight and all of that seems a okay right now I have no lights everything is working my inverter pump is acting up so every so often if it gets warm it codes lets me know that the pump hasn't come on again but the braking is near perfect everything is good with it the regen breaking seems to be not showing on the display like it used to but I'm not going to worry with that regen breaking seems to be working when I'm moved the lever and or let my foot off the gas everything feels like it's supposed to even though my display doesn't look like it did 3 days ago before I changed the big part of the brake system in this gen 2 it's right behind the inverter and the valve cover the actuator I think we're calling it

Aren't there some extra procedures required after replacing an actuator assembly?

Linear valve relearning or initialization or something similar?

It'll tell you with a code (C1245, if memory serves) if it wants you to do that.
