I wonder if they improved the LTA in 2022 since 2021. Mine feels annoying, with too many corrections, resulting in swaying in the lane. I feel more uneasy and tired with it than without it.

    Doesn’t 2022 get TSS-P 2.0? Up til then, it had 1.0

No, TSS 2.0 was introduced with my 2021, which was a major improvement over TSS 1.0 of my 2020.

I agree. Unless it's following a vehicle, my LTA can't keep it within the lane so I ping-pong back and forth. Not to mention the times I have to fight it to not take every exit (must be following the right edge of the the highway so when the edge gets farther away because of an exit lane, it wants to follow). On the open road, it is a relief when I turn it off.

I does work pretty well in heavy traffic, but even then it breaks harder than I would because it cannot see the brake lights farther down the road.

I found it took a bit of experimentation. You can't let go of the wheel - it's not capable of "following" a lane, but it surely helps you stay in the centre. I got to where I could just drive for miles with hands resting on top of the wheel. The car feels like it's on rails. almost.
    YMMV.

Well, if you actually know about trains, you would know that trains constantly oscillate left and right on rails. It is called hunting oscillation, and that's how train wheels on rails work.

My 2021 is constantly making corrections in LTA, which gets tiresome and annoying to say the least. I would have to drive a 2022 to see if it's different.
