    So,

Driving on freeway my 2005 Prius with Bridgestone Ecopia tires is very twitchy feeling and sketchy.

I know it is a common problem.

Just curious-- what fixes it or makes it less bad? It is 6/10 sketchy. Wind also hugely effects it.

Running high tire pressure makes my steering a lot lighter. Could it be something that simple?

    Ecopia EP422 Plus?

    Try an alignment?

    Any recent curb hits?

Does gen 2 have 15" and 16" (touring) rims? Which is yours? Apologies if shown; I'm on a phone and not seeing it.

My 07 on fuelmax tires with 47psi is pretty tight in all highway driving. I’d suggest alignment as well. How old are your shocks?

My 07 on FuelMax Triple-Max tires with 35F/33R PSI is pretty sure-footed in all highway driving. It handles cornering at speed very well. Good in the city too. The suspension is nice and soft and responsive across the board. MPG averages around 50 MPG( US) and can be as good as 56 MPG (US) on summer tanks

I got a '07 (non touring) prius package 6 and I bought this ecopia 195x65x15 tire (slightly taller than the original) 50,000 miles ago. There is nothing that I can say but good to excellent. I used the original tire sets and I never liked it even after 1,200 mile run. I pump my air around 37/35 psi and I get 43.4 on city and 46 on highway. I never blew it like crazy air tire pressure for safety purpose. There is the present picture of the ecopia below and I'm very confident I can easily get another 30k+ out of this. If I ever change my tires, I'd buy exactly the same.
