I got 124k Prius, six months ago one of the hose was leaked I had to change the water pump I got it is an original from Amazon, also thermostat and temperature sensor

I drove this vehicle almost 5K without any issues, two days ago I noticed the reservoir for the coolant was all the way down, I do remember last week when I checked it was full all the way up, so I put the coolant in it two days ago.

I was thinking maybe something is leaking which might cause the coolant reservoir to go all the way down so after filling the coolant reservoir all the way up I monitor to see for two days if there was anything leaked, but I did not see any leaked, and it stayed up

I took the car out today and I drove maybe 15 miles all of a sudden the overheating red sign start to flash on the Odometer I parked the car and I took this video.

I put the meter to see if there's any error code, but I do not have CEL and there are no pending codes. Car still running normal. I just posted this vidoe on YT, IDK if this helps?

Sounds like early stages of headgasket failure. As in your coolant is leaking into the engine and coming out the exhaust pipe.

Have you cleaned the EGR valve, intake manifold, and throttle body? Also do a tune-up with brand new spark plugs, and engine flush using this

I didn't do any of these, IDK if that got to do something about overheating?
