    L43 is the big round button you push to turn the car on.

    as car starts key works it may not be issue ,
    im waiting for mechanic to give me time to check his availability ,

    Right ... troubleshooting this sort of issue doesn't go like "L43 is the power switch, maybe it's the issue."

    It goes like "the issue being reported involves signaling between the certification ECU and the antenna that's inside the power switch, and the troubleshooting steps in the manual may involve access to those parts for completing the picture."

    update on this
    another mechanic who specializes in car electronics told me its hybrid battery code p0a80 still there and need to replace it even though it was replaced recently from his past similar experience

    b2784 did not show on his expensive obd reader but was showing on my phone app
    as its 2000 miles from last hybrid battery replacement ,greenbean team agreed to put in another hybrid battery covered by lifetime warranty
    its almost a month its replaced and no more b2784 or check hybrid system codes
    hope some one finds this if they get same code b2784
