2013 Prius - Brake dash lights on! TRACTION + BRAKE + ABS + ((!))

I'm from Bishkek, that is in Central Asia, and have such problem with my 2013 prius from US.
By the looking for the solution of this problem for a week, i've found from russian chat a post:

Have you been able to obtain specific trouble codes? Remember, the dashboard lights coming on by themselves do not point to a specific issue, and you may end up spending time and money going in the wrong direction. Please refer to post #16 in this thread.

 

well, no code using my BT OBD, but using my techstream, or whatever name is, cable and software I was able to read DTC C1391 related to Leak pressure. I reset it, but later it came back again because over time the lack of pressure is quicker, monitored with the noise of the pump motor.

My research on google and this forum found that it requires to change the actuator and the accumulator, and that toyota already issued a Customer Support Program ZJB, which repair free of charge this issue. Right now they are on phase 2 of this program which only includes models 10 years old from first use or less than 150,000 miles. (Phase 1 covered any milage but it expired last year)

I also reported it to the NTHSA, hopefully they can issue a recall and not just a limited "repair if failed only".

I just took mine to my dealer and they confirmed the repair (if the issue is no confirmed to this they will charge you $170, thankfully I am 100% sure it is), but parts will not arrive until a couple of days, so I will be with no car until then.
If you take it to the dealer, just be careful because they want to convince you to do also a spark plug replacement ($350), transmission flush ($280), injector flush ($225), and brake flush ($170) totaling $1025. DIY cost: spark plugs $30, transmission oil ( $50), NEW injectors ($70), brake fluid ($15) and your weekend total cost $165.

 

I had the same lights and symptoms on a recently purchased 2013 Prius III (153k mi). In my case, they were intermittent and determined to be caused by a malfunctioning ABS sensor. Replacing it seems to have solved the problem.
