I am in the research phase of trying to figure out what parts I need to replace.

I am pretty well versed in these cars, I have 6 of them.
I am looking for some help in finding the PDF documents you guys post that covers each code.
I believe the brake actuator needs to be replaced. All the lights are on including the red brake light and there is a constant high pitched sound.
That is the main problem I am trying to tackle. I just want to be sure before going through that whole process.
I do understand that I need to check the front right speed sensor but I don't think it will clear up the entire problem.

2006 with 265k miles. Car has had a rough life.
Trying to give it some comfort by fixing its problems. hahaha.
12V battery is relatively new and is on the slow charger now.

Here is what I just pulled off techstream:
    POA37 Detailed code 260
    P0A93 Detailed code - 346
    P1116
    P1121
    P1150
    C1235 Detailed codes 130 and 302
    C1241
    C1252
    C1256
    C1391
    B2775
    C2318 Detailed code 20

I know all of these are somewhere in this amazing resource that honestly, I wouldn't be were I am today in regards to my knowledge of Prius' if it weren't for this forum.

Thank you in advance for any insight/help/assistance you can give.

Well... How many of these are brand new versus many years of the codes never being cleared? Usually if they're all brand new and in great abundance something has become unplugged or a wiring harness has been severed.

How many of the codes come back after you clear them? As in let's focus on the most relevant ones first. If not, only person I know who will go through a long list of codes like this and explain every one is @ChapmanF

Well, you can get a 2 day subscription to Toyota Information System for $20 and download as much info as you can.

Or use google, and find places like cardiagn.com

One tip that may help: the second character of a DTC can only be the digits 0, 1, 2, or 3. It will never, under any circumstances, be the letter O.

That can make a difference when you are searching for information on codes. If you spell them P0A37 and P0A93 (instead of "POA37" and "P0A93") for example, you are likely to get more and better quality search results.

My apologies for the delay in responding. I had a lot going on these past 10 days.
But I did successfully remove and replace the brake actuator, I got one with a 1 year warranty off of eBay for $465.

The job was tough but not insurmountable. Got everything put back together nicely, followed the techstream prompts and everything worked beautifully.

I took the car on a 22 mile test drive, really trying to put it through the ringer.
After the first 5 miles of easy driving, I did some full throttle 0-60 then let go of the wheel and applied great pressure to the brake pedal.
Car stopped straight, no issues whatsoever.

Someone had previously broken the bolt that holds the right front speed sensor on but they drilled and tapped another hole that was slightly offset from the original hole. C0200 came up when I ran diagnostics on techstream.

After 8-10 miles the trio of lights came on indicating a problem with the ABS VSC and (!)
They stayed on for just a few seconds and then went off. Throughout the rest of the trip, another 5-10 miles the trio of lights came on another couple times but went off again within a few seconds.

Car was taken and driven 50 miles when the owner called me and said the Red Triangle was on and the trio of lights had reappeared and now wont go off. The blaring siren was going off as well. He said he lost braking power for just a second.
He pulled off the side of the road and had the car towed home.

This is a really crappy situation because the guy that changed the inverter pump with a pump from a parts car wouldn't touch the brake actuator job. So I don't really know what happened to cause the Red Triangle to come on. The guy said he will get me the codes so we can see what is happening.

    My questions are:

How could the ABS system be ok for 22 miles and then suddenly start acting up again?
Could it be that I need to redo the techstream procedures again?
(Brake fluid levels haven't changed so there aren't any leaks)

Would the Red Triangle and a possibly overheated inverter cause the ABS actuator to do what it is doing?

Could the speed sensor issue mentioned above cause the ABS system to malfunction like this?

Thank you for all the previous responses, I truly appreciate any help that is provided.

Lots of possibilities- it's all speculation until you have some codes and then you can figure out what's going on.

The only code they were able to tell me was P0A93. So I ordered an OEM Coolant pump and when it gets here I will install it to get rid of that problem.

My question is would the overheating of the inverter due to a bad coolant pump cause any issues with the brake system. Sort of like how when the hybrid system is malfunctioning it cuts off the A/C.

I hope that is the problem and I came to that conclusion because I drove it but not that far of a distance, no issues.
I am wondering if the inverter got hot enough to cause issues with the ABS actuator that werent present previously on my shorter test drive.

The brake ECU constantly gossips with the hybrid vehicle control ECU to make sure it can rely on the powertrain for regenerative braking.

Any time the HV control ECU is reporting some problem (like, say, the electronics are too hot), the brake ECU will log C1259 and C1310 codes, which mean "roger, I understand I'm on my own to stop the car."

You are exactly right. I changed out the inverter pump, cleared all codes with techstream and so far so good.
    thank you for the reply.
