I have a cracked vent cover (the one to the right of the steering wheel), I know how to take it off the dashboard, but does anyone know how to take the parking brake button and the inside of the vent from the vent cover so I can put those into my replacement cover? Thanks

Take a pic of the back, so we can see the clips or determine how the button is mounted. Better than removing mine. Never mind, found a pic. Plastic arm on each side, outlined in red on pic, squeeze both together and push button out.

The button is as @alftoy described. Super easy. As for the vents, there are two small clips on each side. Just pry them gently to slide the vent off of the burrs on the trim piece.
Here's the best picture I could find with a couple pointer arrows.
