Battery pack keeps discharging

    A friend of mine has a Prius, who's hybrid pack, is gradually discharging, when the vehicle is moving. This only happens, when the vehicle is on drive, but doesn't happen, when it's stationary.
    We have replaced the inverter, still the same problem. There isn't any trouble codes logged in the ECU. The only code that comes out is the "replace hybrid pack" code. We have swapped a working pack from another Prius, and observed that the pack still does the same.

    What could be the issue pls? What else needs to be done.
    This is not even an isolation fault issue with the car.

    PS. I'm thinking, could the transmission system, the MGs 1&2, be responsible for this?

    What scantool are you using to check codes? Have you used a scantool to monitor amps ( current ) into and out of the high voltage battery?
