Replacing my inner tie rods and noticed that I can’t get the passenger side one in because of how far over the rack is. I think my kid may have turned the steering wheel.

    how do I fix this?

    turning the wheel does nothing.

for context, I replaced the struts, sway bar links, control arms, and now trying to do the inner and outer tie rods.

Any info would be great! Thank you.

I just did inner rods on mine, did you turn the steering wheel all the way the other direction?

Hope the airbag clockspring wasn't damaged by turning the steering wheel too far.
