Have a 2020 XLE - AWD and my vehicles cordless charger stops working after a few moments. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and my wife has an iPhone 8. Even with the protective case removed, it still stops charging after a few minutes. Turned the charger off and back on and still fails. Anyone else encountered this problem and possibly know how to fix? Thanks in advance.

Do some searching on these forums. That is an issue with iPhones that have MagSafe and Toyota vehicles (not just Prius). The dealer will not be able to help you. There’s something about the MagSafe magnets on newer iPhones that Toyota vehicles detect incorrectly as metal (e.g., keys) and turn off wireless charging as a result.

I have the exact same model year as yours, and this is normal behavior.

The best you can do is to get a case without a magnet. I have a Totallee case without a magnet on my iPhone 13 Pro for this reason. I switch it out for a case with a magnet for better securing to a MagSafe battery pack when charging.
