2010 Prius - 365,000. I replaced the driver's side axle and transmission seal earlier today. It was making some serious popping noise and needed to be replaced. I have a new passenger-side axle, as well and would replace the old one while the fliud is drained. Checking to see if the passenger side seal is the same as the driver's side? Any help or advise is appreciated.

I think they're the same part number and they just flip over I can't say for sure on this particular CVT but they do in my other Corollas and whatnot I would hate to think they're two separate parts but it is possible

It’s not. Catalog Figure 43-02, Front Drive Shaft, lists two different part numbers for the front drive shaft oil seals: 90311-40031 for the right (part name code 43410M) and 90311-50064 for the left (part name code 43420H)

I don’t know how the right and left seals differ, but it would have been unlike Toyota to have established two service part numbers if they were interchangeable.

That's a kind of a fact . Look at both carefully . They're inexpensive enough. On one of my nummi cars one seal had an extra ridge on left . But inserting a right side seal produced no.leak . Had to dealer only had 2 rights. Which did not make a wrong in this case.
