Dealer or auto supply with paint code.

Up here the dealerships sell a "pen". It's got a thick, fibrous nib at both ends: one end the colour, the other end clearcoat. A few problems with these:

    1. They cost about $20 apiece.
    2. The clearcoat end seems good for only one thing: lifting the previously applied colour, and generally leaving a great mess.
    3. The nib is pressed down and theoretically flows out the paint. In practice it works ok at first, but gets ever more reluctant and clogged. A simple cap with brush would accomplish the same thing except without the clogging. So, long before its used up you throw the whole contraption in a landfill and spend another $20.

Dealer. But don't forget you're supposed to also get clear coat. The Blizzard pearl touch-up they sold me is a poor match, but its better than nothing.

Mine turned a nice shade of yellow before I could use half of it. It's in the landfill. Ugh.
