I’ve had the issue with my dashlights not turning on a handful of times. I’ve been able to fix it every time, but since this morning I have been unable to reboot them.

My low beam lights have also been non-functional for a week, but high beams work fine.

My rearview camera did not work this morning.

This morning, I was unable to turn off my car and had to do a hard shut off.

    Am I just screwed?

    Hello, and welcome to PriusChat!

I think that you have two concerns. One is your low beam headlights. If you have standard halogen headlights, then I would check (or just replace) the bulbs. Its not unheard of, to only notice after the second bulb burns out.

Second (I assume that you have a Gen2 Prius 2004-2009) is a bunch of concerns that sound like it is a common fault- a bad capacitor in the Combination Meter (speedometer) that prevents it from "booting up" correctly. When the CM doesn't work, then lots of other things can not work.

If you have soldering equipment and experience, then you can read the long sticky thread at the top of this forum (combination meter repair- DIY).

Or you can contact TexasHybridBatteries.com for a repaired CM assembly (programmed with your odometer) and just swap it out
