No codes, intermittent rough idle 2011 Prius

    So my Prius started running roughy after warm up today. 227,000 miles It has a new head gasket and zero coolant loss, EGR cooler replaced, oil is clean, fans turn on, and it appears to be turbulent inside the coolant tanks so I’m assuming the pumps are working.

    Oh and it has new coils and plugs etc. Drove it without issue for about 400 miles after the head gasket and today it started having a flutter/misfire/rough idle after I turned on the AC here in Florida.

    I drove back to the house without further issue and idled it for ten minutes and the issue did not appear. Code reader says no active codes.

    Any ideas?

    what code reader?

    oem plugs?

    clogged injector?

    very minor hg leak starting? who replaced it?
