I have a 2015 Prius 3, with stock wheels and hubcaps, wanted something different, found a set of upgraded rims and tires off of a 2013 Subaru Legasy, 5x100. After researcing I thought I would need some 3mm shims as the wheels were supposed to hit on the brake caliper, as it turned out there was no rubbing at all, the only thing I needed was the correct lugnuts, and they look great.

If it worked off a 2013 then that suggests that any Legacy or Outback rim 1996-2013 could potentially work.

IIRC, Subaru changed that platform to a 5x114 pattern for the 2014 model year.

I believe your correct. I pulled a Suby compact spare from a junk yard, when I was looking for a rolling spare. The clerk was nice enough to let me take it out to my car to confirm bolt pattern. It was probably 5x114; because it was off...

You should still get a set of 56.1mm to 54.1mm hubcentric rings to make sure that the wheels are properly centered on the hubs.

I'm running old Subaru Imprezza WRX rims on our 2011 Prius. 5 x 100, 16 inches by 6.5 wide.

I should've kept these 17 inch 5x100 wheels off an old Subaru legacy GT, but I only have these pictures of the test fitting I did on my 2014 Corolla before removing the old tires. Sold them without ever mounting new tires on them. They would have fit the Prius as well. 20190809_150512.jpeg

The 16s are a good compromise between the 15s and the 17s.
