    Edit: my income for the year I purchased the car (2022) is below the cutoff so I will be getting a second rebate of $5,000! Makes the purchase of the Prime a great deal.

    Rebates in California are all gone now except for a $1,000 CVRP rebate for Gen 5 Prius Prime PHEV.

    Oregon just announced that our rebates are going away in May due to funding running out. Glad I got mine when I did.

    Here’s the announcement from the state of Oregon, looks like they are leaving a door cracked open by saying that once funding is available again the program will announce it’s reopening.

    “Rebate availability depends on program funding at the time of vehicle purchase or lease. Due to overwhelming demand and limited funding, rebates will be suspended as of May 1, 2023. Any vehicles purchased or leased on or after May 1, 2023 will not be eligible to apply for the rebate once the program reopens. Once funding is available again, the program will announce its reopening. For more information, go to the State of Oregon press release”.

    Well it turns out that Oregon had a “gotcha” on the $5,000 rebate, they use all sources of income instead of taxable income to determine if you qualify and sure enough I’m to stinking rich even though I’m on Social Security and have been retired for 4 years. So I guess I’m going to have to shut down my lemonade stand.:D

    I was hoping that Oregon's plug-in rebate suspension would help improve the RAV4 Prime supply and prices, so that some of us Washington residents living far away from the border could start getting a chance. With additional help from increasing interest rates too, and last year's loss of the federal tax credit. But instead, the supply seems to be shrinking, and salescritter initial ask prices are still quite high. A Toyota inventory site I watch typical had 60-ish vehicles listed for Oregon (including in-transit and build phase) late last year, later increasing ramping up to 80-115 units. But right now it is down to just 40.

    Does anyone know if Oregon demand continues to hold up despite loss of incentives? Or is Toyota reducing Oregon's allocation in order to prevent an increase in inventory? Or is something else happening?
