Just today saw, for the first time, a BASE model 2023 Prius. I was amazed, so I stopped to investigate. It was in Redmond, WA. Turns out it was a rental from SeaTac Airport, Hertz. I noticed the tires were Bridgestone Ecopia 422 Plus, 195/60/17. They are newly listed on Tire Rack, for $178 each. (Ouch).

Considering the 19” Michelin’s listed as OEM are over $280 and other 17” sizes are as much or more (except for a close out model), I guess it could be worse.
