Colo is nimby country these days. I have young friends who worked big fancy jobs for spectrum cable they were sent out to Colorado with new high salaries etc etc and they have become the people that they spent many years trying not to become in one fell swoop and move. You need a lawyer. Let the Lawyer assist you in presenting a rationale the Judge can quickly accept and rule on so he/ she doesn’t get pissed thinking you are flaunting THE LAW and beat you with it until you weep!

Personally, I like typing out my posts. It gives me time to think about what it is I AM saying vs what I WANT to say.

Plus, I had to endure years of schooling where grammar was forced upon the students. Enough of that actually "took" that I find it irksome to try and deal with the mish-mosh of modern texting.
