    The upgrade kit allows anyone with the version one to upgrade to version two.

    Version two has auto balancing built into each module and better temperature readings.

    Many bonus points to them for offering this kit. Most manufacturers would do the "you want the new one you must buy the new one" routine. Even when, as here, it is just a few part swaps.
