Ok, I found in a post here this chart:

So, from reading this, if the only code I get is P0441, from the 3rd page, it would appear the most likely cause is the EVAP VSV, which is apparently in the front of the car.

2006 Prius, 150,000 miles, engine light has been on for probably a year (wifes car, she never told me this minor detail, lol). I never drive the car but did after I added the inverter coolant (body shop didn't) and bled the air out to fix a hybrid error code a month ago. That is resolved, just left with this P0441.

Is there any other likely cause? Is there a way to diagnose the EVAP VSV or does it just need replaced as a first step? Suggestions?

Look for that on the 9th page ("INSPECTION PROCEDURE") where you'll see a similar chart, where if the only code is P0441, it directs you to the troubleshooting steps 13 through 16.

Yeah, I saw that, and don't have the tools for the tests they want one to perform. From reading it though, seems like a good chance it's just the EVAP VSV which seems doable for me to replace.
