... godspeed, and God bless. Be vigil. Keep your eyes peeled. He's out there. Better have a look-see, if and when you find time:

6 Women Under Age 40 Found Dead Within 100 Miles of Each Other Around Portland Raising Speculation of Serial Killer on the Loose | The Gateway Pundit | by Margaret Flavin

Likelihood looms by now, the perpetrator's long since fled the area, hiding in plain sight, God knows elsewhere -

More cherry-picked sensasionalism from the OP and the Gateway Pundit, conveniently leaving out the headline and the first paragraph of the story it links to at KGW8.

Portland police: 'No reason to believe' 6 cases of women found dead in past few months are connected
PPB said it has communicated with law enforcement agencies investigating the deaths and "speculation [that the cases are connected] is not supported by the facts."

EAGLE CREEK, Ore. — The Portland Police Bureau (PPB), in a response to social media posts and reporting about six women who have been found dead in the past several months in and around Portland, said in a Sunday news release that it "has no reason to believe these 6 cases are connected."

PPB said it continues to investigate the death of one of the women, Kristin Smith, and is working with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) on the investigation into the death of a second woman, Ashley Real. Portland police said Sunday the medical examiner has not determined the cause and manner of Smith's death, and though CCSO described Real's death as "suspicious," PPB said a conclusion has not been made that she was a homicide victim.

It's too premature to be making serial killer assumptions when they don't even have causes of death yet in all the cases. Circumstances need to be checked out. Allow law enforcement to do their jobs before you start whipping up hysteria with your assumptions based on biased and incomplete information from incredibly unreliable sources like the Gateway Pundit.

Today's Seattle noon TV news said much the same thing. While police are keeping open the possibility that these cases may be connected, so far they have nothing (public, at least) to suggest such. The geographic and method and other disparities just don't yet suggest a connection.

At this point in time, the 'serial killer' claims are mostly social media scare mongering.

Yeah....the Oregon media pretty much shot down serial killers quickly.

am happy Bisco's daughter had a fine time in Portland. Me, I am avoiding it. The homeless problem has always been there, but cuts in Police and upswing in crime has really turned me away since the riots a couple of years ago. I used to think nothing of walking down Burnside at midnight --- 2016, 17, 18. Now...not happening.
