I recently had an issue with a clicking/bumpy-ish vibration on my car. (almost like a baseball card in the spokes of a bike) I could feel it in my car going 60-75mph mostly, or making a turn at a slightly higher than normal speed. I bought new front bearings & CV axle. (TRQ BRAND on AMAZON) The bumpy/click is gone but I've noticed two new issues.

    - The car now makes a slight "howl" sound between 65 and 73mph. (car is smooth and quiet otherwise)
    - If I brake going slow there is the sound of a slight knock like something is shifting a tiny bit with the momentum of the car. Then when I accelerate it knocks again a bit.

My. mileage went down to 38 from my normal 41 but that could just be driving in the wind... sample size not large enough.

    125k Miles on a Gen 2.
Other recent care: New Spark Plugs 1k miles ago, new front struts and control arms.

I am experiencing a similar issue with my 2009 Prius. Wondering what you ended up doing about it.

Take a look at all fasteners you touched, make sure they are tight. There have been comments of axle quality with aftermarket stuff, hate to say it but you may be in that boat. Hopefully someone can advise how to check a new CV for issues.
