I have done a lot of research here on this but find myself stuck. Have Techstream working properly, and two virgin key fobs from eBay, from a top seller.

    My existing key fob is:
    FCC: HYQ14AAB
    IC: 1551A-14AAB

The fobs from eBay are the exact same FCC / IC. They have blank laser keys. I get to the point in Techstream where I can hold my key up to the power button, it beeps. Next step is to hold up a virgin key to the start button. Neither fob will program. I am definitely keeping the fobs far enough away from the car during the procedure that this is not an issue. Followed everything from here and Youtube exactly and neither fob will program.

Only thing I can think of is that the fobs are NOT virgin. Or they are virgin but are not compatible for some other reason. For example, not having the exact same numbers on the circuit board, which they don't. My circuit board is 271451-3370 11/12 The fobs from eBay are both 271451-0140 9/12

My understanding is that the only numbers that matter for compatibility are the FCC / IC, not circuit board.

Seller has not responded to me yet, I am about to send them back unless someone has an idea what I could be missing here??

Update: The number on the circuit board must match. I bought a fob with matching circuit board number and was able to successfully program it in under 5 minutes.
