gen3 OBD 2 connection

    I have a generation 3 with solar roof JBL stereo all the nonsense when trying to scan this car with TIS or Toyota software I get all the way to where the car is recognized the Vin is correct and TIS or software when I click options I'm giving radar crews or others selecting radar or others the next button will not highlight and allow me to move forward I can't even enter it in manually the next light will never highlight and I can never move past selecting radar or others? Anybody else had this problem every other Toyota here in the parking lot scans with this software without any problems selecting the options is not a problem in any of the 12 cars here but on this 2010 nothing I can scan the car with my Inova scanner both of them and this other cheap thing that I have but TIS will not get past selecting the options anybody else have this problem this is real TIS or Toyota software from a dealer with 4 million more logins available so I don't think it's the software per se I just think this is awfully odd.

    There are lots of different versions of Techstream out there, I had trouble with some of them, they not let me continue or give me the option to continue

    I bought my cable on eBay from this vendor and he supplied these links for the Techstream Software

    I had no trouble with the text stream. I download it off of Yandex, I installed it on a cheap laptop that had windows 10.

    I did all the usual steps of disabling the firewall and virus protection, and I did not connected to the Internet, do you need to use the patch link to open the program, do not use the link that gets installed by Techstream itself because it wants a serial number to use

    I would recommend downloading the software and trying it because I know it to work, yesterday I replaced my master cylinder, booster and pump, and I used Techstream to bleed my brakes and the linear valve thing that needs to be done

    The one hiccup I did have using Techstream and I was stuck in a loop, where I could not move forward while doing the bleeding was cured by unplugging my battery for a bit, and then trying it again, after doing that text stream worked perfectly

    This is a dealer computer with 4 million logins left. From a dealer that went out or such.
