    Hello,

Does anybody know if there's a U.S. market Toyota whose front struts and rear shocks could be installed on a Gen 2 to give it about 1 to 2 inches of added ground clearance? I know the Prius is midling size between the Corolla and Camry at least.

Since I need to replace my struts and shocks, I'm hoping I can mod it and fix it in one move.

Direct fitment, currently unknown, but you might want to experiment with the forum search feature.

That's an interesting thread. Close to what I'm after but not quite, as there's no 1 for 1 match and you have to hack a bit to get it to work. I'll probably still bookmark it though.

    Thanks.

Just looked at their website. I only found them for the Prius V. That said, that hardware is too nice/rich for my blood. :)

Yeah, I've checked them out. Looks like good hardware. I was just hoping to get it done more cheaply (already need new basic parts) and simply (just swap out the parts, no extra hardware to deal with) with just standard parts from a different model. At the end of the day, that may be the best option though.

    Thanks.

    Hey,

I'm in the desert Southwest. I left the settings at defaults. Didn't even know there was a location display setting. Just trying to keep my hotrod on the road.

That said, it may be a bit before I start messing with the suspension. I just tend to scan the horizon on things I anticipate having to work on. Recently had lots of stuff pop up and had to fix it with no such preparedness.
