Battery condition

    Simply replacing bad cells is not enough.
    Then they ALL need to be charged and balanced, as much as possible.
    Is that picture from before the cells were replaced or after ??
    My guess is that at least one and maybe 5 more need to be replaced.

    But I'm not a fan of replacing any less than ALL of the cells.......because of exactly what
    you are seeing now.

    did you clean/replace the corroded bars?

    I replaced the bars yesterday,got as high as 80% charge.seams to be doing better
