I disconnected all my hybrid ECU connectors and then plugged them back in and now the engine only stays on for 3 seconds and dies and I have a new code P2102

Hi and welcome to PriusChat. FYI, your posts are moderated until you have 5 posts under your belt, so because of this, your posts can take some time before other members see them.
What specific ECU (or ECUs) are you calling the hybrid ECU?

P2102 means that an open in the throttle control motor circuit has been detected. I would double-check all connectors you touched and confirm all are connected correctly with that all-important 'click'.

When I disconnect these various and sundry connectors on my generation too I usually use some dialectic grease so that the connections will hopefully be solid and also the plugs can come undone without requiring a lot of pulling. I don't know what your unplugging I'm guessing behind the dash knee panel where your hood operating cable rest or in the dead middle of the car behind the radio no clue recheck your connections maybe lube them up a little bit with the proper stuff and what have you. Read the codes clear them start the car see if the code returns that throttle code can come from unplugging the throttle body and trying to start the car things like that if you've cleaned it and had it unplugged maybe have a look at that connection when the throttle body really goes bad you'll know it and have some poor running codes and other things going on I'm pretty sure.
