Does prius have a run/start wire that i could use to hook up an additional 12V battery?

Specifically a signal wire for an isolator that will start/stop the flow of electricity from the main 12V battery to my other 12V battery. I know i can just hook it up to my daytime running lights, cigarette lighter plug, or whatever so it only turns on when those things turn on, but other cars i worked with had their own specific start/stop wires where the aux button wires were located. Cant seem to find one on the prius, maybe they dont have that option. In that case, whats the best alternative wire i can tap into considering im keeping the battery in the back mirrored on the opposite side of the car where the original battery sits.

I might use the rear 12v power outlet

This is what I use, after many isolators that all ended up not functioning properly after a while(I still haven't figured out why) it will do what you want but based on the fact that when the car is in ready, the high voltage kicks on to charge your second 12v.

talk to me about your cables and if you use an inverter, DO NOT USE THE CABLES THAT CAME WITH THE INVERTER! I now have two 2,000W Pure Sine Inverters each running off its own 12V AGM 85ah battery. Currently building my own lithium 12v using the OE HV cells in my PIP battery! I should have a good 150ah+ per 12V battery.

plus, it's my understanding that isolators are usually smart in the sense they connect for you on voltage detection to link or unlink based on voltage. The signal wire you are talking about is to wire in a manual override to link to say jump start the main from the 2nd when the main is too weak to start the vehicle.

    which isolator are you using?
