Is it possible to have the battery on without having the car running? ...like to have the radio on and phone charging while sitting in the car.

You can push the go button twice with foot off brake, but you’ll wind up damaging the battery because it’s so small

The short answer is yes, you can, but you shouldn't.

The car's 12 V battery is not well suited for sitting in the car in ACC (one press of the power button with your foot off the brake) or IG-ON (two presses of the power button with your foot off the brake). IG-ON shouldn't be used for this purpose, in any case, as it will discharge the 12 V battery even faster.
