Prius engine running continuously

    So my old engine had head gasket leak so i opted for new engine with 4000 miles from 2021 corolla hybrid. I installed the new engine but now i am having P0171, P0430 and P0a80 with P3021, P0AA6 ( unplugged the AC compressor ) and went away.

    I ordered 2 cells to replace the cell in block 11.
    I found that I crushed the throttle body gasket and that cracked might have caused the P0171 but I fixed that and still having the code.
    The engine does not switch to battery power once it warms up. It runs continuously but I can power on and off like normal prius.

    I checked all the hoses and just waiting for replacement cells to arrive. I am lost as what to check next. I also replaced the MAF sensor from my other working prius.

    I Unplugged the ac compressor and P0AA6 went away so I believe the compressor is shot.

    Like high voltage to the compressor is going somewhere unintended, say leaking to ground? Is the AC performance bad, not blowing cold?

    So you put a corolla engine in a prius and are wondering about codes? I'm surprised you don't have more....
