How do I get apple car play on a 2019? find a 2020 or newer head unit?

    I have found a great deal on a 2019...it has the large screen 11.6 ...the only thing, is ...no apple carplay I looked at an aftermarket device with a joystick...no thanks. I am pretty handy, I sold replace the screen with a newer one if the chords matched up!
