HELP PLS! Radio dead

You may need a new clock spring but if your steering wheel buttons work I'd leave that for now.

One of my rear passenger windows doesn't work. It's stuck trying to go down so had to disconnect the motor and refit the window in the up position. I think I broke the master switch somehow.

How to enter diagnostics

Press start once without your foot on the brake to enter accessory mode.

Press DISPLAY and then touch the left side of the screen at top and bottom repeatedly.

Or

Holding the "Info" button down on the centre console while turning the lights on and off 5 times enters a service mode.

Run the system check and the LAN monitor. See if it says ok or not for audio and amp. You can clear the codes and recheck by using a long press on code clear and memory clear.

Also check vehicle signal check to find out the 12 volt battery voltage.

 

I ended up buying a new radio with touch screen and it worked upon plugging it in. The old radio was busted
