    Long story short:
Replacement motor not functioning, power is available at the connection, is there a fuse or a breaker that needs reset? Have had this problem before with third party blowers…..rotten things. It’s a bit cold right at the moment, could use a fix.

Yeah you need to put 12 volts to it does it spin freely when you spin it No resistance per se? Usually this is one of the very basic parts usually these don't come off the line bad but I guess in this day and age this seems to be the norm used to be I could buy a blower motor for my '85 hachi Roku for $34 wasn't made by denso or Toyota and they work just fine One is in one of my old Corollas right now.

If you have power at the connection then your fuse should be fine or at the plug to the blower motor You see 12 volts down there on those terminals when you touch it to the blower motor itself the receptacle it should fire right up in your hand then check all the speeds. If it's pure junk and it hasn't fired up since you bought it out of the box well then I guess you have a dud

The Gen 3 blower has the speed controller built in, so it has, if I remember right, three terminals: ground, power, and SI (the speed input signal, pulse width). To test on the bench, I think you need to clamp SI to ground, which gives you full speed (in the car, it's a pulse train, where the more time spent at ground, the higher the speed).

And worth every penny you paid for it, and could even help a person willing to narrow down the possibilities.

Another answer could have been "there isn't a breaker, and the fuse is ok if you saw voltage there, so what's the next {question}?".

But for that one you'd have to spend another $0.
