What is the part # for the plastic clips that have the phillips head looking top on them? I have the others with the flat top.

I don't know but dorman has them I don't think they any longer have the Phillips crosshatches on the top of them anymore I think they're flat and the ones that are flat on the Toyota aren't the same as the ones with the Phillips looking marks on the top they activate and work differently they do kind of look the same dorman makes both and you can order a hundred piece kit from Amazon or eBay that will have six or eight of each of those in a 12-bin compartment box with other silly plastic clips I just ordered a set a week or two ago and used a few of them. I do not know Toyota's official part number pick where you took one from and look on the breakdown and it'll show that clip and Toyotas original part number or it's part number today.

If you're after the ones that hold down the Radiator Support Opening Cover, they are part number 55346-47010. $2.77 each at Olathe Toyota KS. You might find them cheaper at another online Toyota dealer.

I agree with Timbukt2. Purchase a pack of VINYL fasteners and you will find all kinds of applications for those clips, clips that hold the underneath of the bumper and plastic cover panels... it goes on and on. I have gotten packs at car shows for $15 and it looked like this set from Amazon.

Amazon.com: GOOACC - GRC-33 240PCS Bumper Retainer Clips Car Plastic Rivets Fasteners Push Retainer Kit Most Popular Sizes Auto Push Pin Rivets Set -Door Trim Panel Fender Clips for GM Ford Toyota Honda Chrysler : Automotive

The listing says plastic, but probably more flexible like vinyl and great reviews. In that set, I believe the fastener that looked like a nail with two legs worked in that space.

I really wish that these sorts of clips were better defined by the OEMs. One might not be able to find 55346-47010 at the local auto parts store, but if the part description gave a picture with dimensions labeled there would at least be the hope of picking up the right part. I have observed that these sorts of connectors, even if more or less the same shape, come with the cylindrical part in several different diameters and effective lengths, plus with varying sized and shaped "heads". I bought a variety pack of these from Ebay (no manufacturer name, SKU 10914082 on the outer plastic bag). While it doesn't have much info, there is an insert with pictures and all the dimensions labeled. These also have "OE" numbers but none match the Toyota number.

The original seller isn't there, but this one is similar:

100pcs Car Body Plastic Trim Retainer Fastener Clips 90467-06017 01553-0038U | eBay

look at the ad and the fifth picture down has the diagrams with dimensions.

Usually if you measure the hole that you're trying to fill with these silly clips they're all what quarter inch 5/16 something like that most of these clips that Toyota's using in the front and the ones that push in and all this nonsense that you push it in and then you push the centerpiece down I think that's pure bunk. I like the size of the whole and the kind that look like fuzzy sticks You push them in that's the end of it no popping loose no breaking no nothing You go to pull it out you use that v shaped trim tool made by Lisle That's been in most mechanics tool boxes most of their lives. And that's that I mean if I'm going to get 240 pieces for you know $19 I can stomach that and I'll use those up but most of those holes in these Toyotas I use those fuzzy stick type of fasteners for the proper size hole of course I wouldn't waste my time looking for the original insert and then push the center in and all that nonsense No not me personally.
