I just didn't know if I could leave the Panlong connected when the car was off. I can't contort myself under the driver's seat easily and for some reason, mine does not plug in easily. I have until 2/2/24 to return the Panlong if I can't get it to work for me. I will check out those videos, and thank you.

The one I use and recommend is always plugged in without any issues.

It can be tricky to figure out which is the short side and the long side of the ODB11 socket in the car.
Once you get used to plujging in and unplugging the adapter you eventually memorize how it slips in and sometimes can even get to the point of doing it with your eyes closed. Bit it can be frustrating the first few times while trying to plug the darn thing in.
