Why does one of the ECU connectors not have a wire cover?

    I purchased this through Amayama in 2019, Cost was $4.96 CDN, plus $15.07 CDN, to west coast Canada:

    Toyota 82821-76010 - COVER, CONNECTOR

    Still available, and see the price has dropped a bit now.

    I covered that area with a small plastic bag shortly after acquiring the car. Not pretty, but keeps things clean.
