Just put on my winter tires from tire rack. So far so good I bought the rial 16x6.5 rims with Firestone winterforce two tires 205/65/16. In my research there is only a half mile per hour difference up around 60 mph with this modified tire size. Was recommended by tire rack everything fits great going to mechanic now so he can activate my tire pressure sensors I had put on with tires from tire rack. The car rides nice with new tires and only a slight tread vibration due to Winter tires. So far my gas mileage has not been affected. I believe these new rims and tires are lighter than the factory 19 inch ones. I expect to get 5 to 6 years out of these snow tires because for past 15 years I've been buying Firestone winterforce tires. Every set I get last at least 5 years for any vehicle. Will try to update once I have first snow storm here in Pennsylvania on how the tires and car performs.

UPDATE: so far these snow tires that performs excellent in ice and snow. Noticed when I turned off traction control they all really grabbed good and slippery conditions the best... Gas mileage has gone down but I believe the main reason is the engine needing to be on for heat in cold temperatures. The tires to have more rolling resistance but I feel the heat is the main reason. I average 42 miles a gallon, but sometimes I achieve higher at around 48 to 58 miles per gallon still. All depends how easy I am on the gas pedal and how warm I want the car. These Firestone instead of snow tires have made the car one of the best I've ever owned in the snow up to 5 inches. 205/65/16 with 195 wide 16 inch rims at 38mm offset. Factory is 40 mm offset but Toyota does allow for some variance of 38 to 42 mm offset.
