buying 2022 used LE vs 2024 new LE

Hello, total newbie here, hoping this is a good place to post my dilemma. I am a long time Prius owner (have owned four different ones from different years) and now am shopping for another one for my family. I have one dealer offering me 32K out the door (tax, doc fees, all included in said price) for a new 2024 Prius LE. I have another dealer offering me 26K out the door (again, all costs included) for a used 2022 Prius, one owner, 20K miles on it. I feel like both are good deals, yet I am leaning towards the 2022 Prius because of the larger cargo space, which is important to me.
Is there one of these deals that's clearly better than the other?
I believe they are both very good deals, am I wrong?

Thanks for the replies. The '22 was used as a rental car for about 12 months at the same location, so I'm assuming regular maintenance was done. Nothing other than those 12 months of driving. Clean Carfax report.
Regarding cargo capacity, with the seats up, the '22 LE has 27.4 cubic feet, the '24 has 23.8 if I have my figures straight. The difference is noticeable.
I have not seen any Prius Primes for sale, but then again, that may be just because I'm exclusively looking for the LE trim. No incentives in TN that I know of.

 

Update: The dealer for the '22 Prius sweetened the deal by lowering the OTD price to $25,400, which was an offer I couldn't resist, so I went with the '22. Thanks for all the input!
