Heated seats, back up camera, and Apple play questions.

Hello all! This is my first time posting here. I have a 2023 Prius Prime XSE Premium. Before this I had a 2023 Prius Prime XSE for a month—until an amateur race car driver rear ended me and totaled it. I have three separate questions.

1) I feel as if the heated seats and steering wheel don’t get as hot on this car as my previous one. I asked the dealership and they basically reset the car and said that’s all they can do. I know the steering wheel only has one heat setting. For everyone else’s seats does it get extremely hot on the highest setting? Mine feels like it might as well only have the high setting. I’ve never had to lower it and still almost can’t feel it through a coat.

2) Maybe I’m imagining this one but I feel like the reverse camera image isn’t as clear and wide as it was on my previous car. The Toyota service center also basically shrugged at this and said they can’t do anything. Does anyone have a photo of their reverse camera they can share so I can compare? I’ll try to get one of mine a little later too.

3) More than half the time when I’m using Apple play

3) More than half the time when I’m using Apple play the meter display shows a microphone with a dash through it. When I press the arrow to go back and the music starts playing from my phone instead of the car, but apple play is still connected. It’s really annoying because I like driving with the driving information showing and thus blocks it. It also keeps me from seeing the sensors of how close I am to an object. I’ve tried unpairing and turning the car off. I can’t figure out why this happens.
