$500 NR deposit placed. MSRP + standard shipping, + tax nothing else.
Package 2 + alarm, NO MATS

Received phone call few days later saying delivery will be sooner - end of Nov, early Dec.

Seems like we'll be getting our new 07's around the same time. I left the same deposit on 10/8 and was told 6-8 wks. Called the dealer last week and it's due to arrive just before Thanksgiving. I should be getting my vin# Fri. or Sat. I've been told by a few friends that I should be able to track the delivery once I have the vin# but don't know how to do it. Have you heard anything?

Took delivery first week of Dec, everything as promised from "Bruce." Quite happy with them, no BS, straight answers. Bruce was competent with the car. I never tried to track the vehicle for delivery Mia, so can't say. I'd recommend Longmont Toyota as well as the salesman, Bruce. I asked for undercoating because the price was right but found coverage a little skimpy - missed a few spots, not a thick application. Not really worth complaining about however.

I took possession of mine on 11/25 and same deal, no BS. I paid exactly what I intended, everything went smooth and I LOVE MY PRIUS!!! Only 1 problem which I didn't notice right away because I was too preoccupied with all the gadgets. Seems there is a slight ticking sound coming from one of the passenger side doors. Sounds almost like when you drive over sand. Not sure if there's a small pebble lodged somewhere in the door or a loose wire but it's literally driving my CRAZY! I have to call the dealer but afraid of getting blown off now that I've had the car for a month. Been procrasting calling, already getting anxiety attacks over the possibility of getting ticked off. Any suggestions? How do you like your new car? I've found it sure is fun to drive.

It's been great so far (knock on recycled plastic dash). I put in the block heater and am very glad I did. It takes a long time to warm up from a cold night.

I got an undercoat thinking that it might help our road sand/rocks sounds, but apparently not thick enough.

Don't worry about getting upset at a dealer for god's sake, this is normal :)

My car has a lot more sounds than any other car I've had, maybe more noticeable because it's otherwise so quiet? Still trying to get used to the engine ignoring the gas pedal and doing its own thing. Haven't heard the tick yet. There are some "standard" rattles with fixes discussed in here, I have one I'm going to attack at some point. The vent next to front passenger A beam window(?) I'm going to get a dashboard cover to see what that does for sounds, should help with windshield glare.

Did you shop around when you bought? What were you experiences? Have you had other Toyotas?
