P0171

    Hello All
    We have a 2010 Prius with about 203,000 miles that just displayed the following symptoms:
    - P0171
    - LTFT sits around 23% all the time
    - Drives and runs as normal
    - Can smell fuel at cold start

    From what I have read so far it seems like the fuel pump assembly needs to be replaced. However, before I do that would like to make sure that there isn’t anything that I can look at before replacing the fuel pump assembly.

    certainly check all over the engine bay for signs of fuel leaking

    So far just seemed like there was some fuel in the you take manifold. Not sure was mixed with some oil.
