Hi all, I posted about a month ago that I did my head gasket and initially had a few issues (most of which was cause by a wire coming out of my injector harness causing a miss). But I have been struggling to find much information and how to solve my issue of the trouble code P0AA6-611 which I know has to do with my AC compressor, which currently isn't working surprise surprise. I know when I did my HG there was coolant that spilled onto the compressor and particularly into the harness located ontop of the compressor which I cleaned, blew out, and used some contact cleaner and Dielectric grease to clean up. My question is what else should I be checking, I looked at the black 12V connector multiple times and I know there is plenty of pressure in the system itself, is there something I could look at regarding the HV cables going to the compressor or?
The car won't go into cruise control and throws the triangle up on the dash. I would like to add that this is a 2013 ct200h, not that it should vary answers much. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

You have the diagram for the 611 code where it shows where you need to be looking Is it only the air conditioner We had this similar problem when we did the same engine swap for the same problem for the head gasket initially I had the compressor unplugged for about a month while I got some other things straightened out and then after I got everything else straightened out I just plugged the compressor back up and it never caused me any problems I had a bunch of other things going on at the same time a similar car Prius persona 2013.

Interesting, I did plug mine back in the correct way and I know the pins look good on the Compressor, as far as I can tell can tell there are no wires pulled out of the plug on the harness itself. Thanks for the insight, I know its something to do with the Compressor, I thought it might be related to the 12V side of the harness, just didn't know if it could be related to the HV connector on the bottom of it.

When I had this exact problem after replacing the engine in my generation 3 which is just like your car at least the dashboard is in the picture you showed I had all kinds of the hullabaloo with this code and a couple others related to the HV system not being happy quite by accident I discovered pulling the HV plug from the air conditioning compressor not the sensing wires and all that on top but the HV orange plug from the compressor putting a piece of tape over the plug I just pulled and literally left it dangling right next to the compressor for about 2 weeks that's 14 days where I'm from while I troubleshot and messed with the other things which also had something to do with the hybrid battery once I got all that other stuff straightened out the car was running during this time reasonably well I might add once I got the problems with the HV battery sorted and everything seemed to be running well I literally just plug the HV plug back into the compressor and my wife was sitting in the car I made her flip the air conditioning system on immediately like immediately when I plugged up the compressor It started to run make cold and we went for a drive she was still sitting in the car backed out went for a drive got no codes no problems and had ice cold air and I expected I would. Turns out that the battery was acting up the HV battery it was corroded the nuts were frosted it looked horrible right about that time you'll see in the post right here in the thread that all this is in we had gone up to the hybrid doctor in Virginia and got a rebuilt battery for the generation 3 put it in this car that we're talking about our persona and that cleared up all the problems with the air conditioner pulling the hybrid battery down the minute we turned on the car and all this other stuff and that was that now the engine is blown up again but the air conditioner and everything still work perfectly and no we're not fixing it again It will be junk It is junk.

You do have to be careful washing off these cars if you're washing under the hood any water from any kind of a spray device can work its way into some of these orange connectors and even the black ones low or high voltage so after I clean one of these cars I know now that I'd be checking some of these connectors pull them apart spray them with the wire dryer or whatever let them dangle a few minutes they can only go back to what they came unplugged from and after everything is dry and done plug everything back up you only do this every few years if you ever do it at all and that seems to work very well If I wash one of these carelessly and I'm not paying attention almost all the time there's some silly code for some nonsense that wasn't there an hour ago and usually looking through the easy plugs the one for the air conditioner the one on top of the air conditioner compressor that sometimes is not a very happy camper water gets right in that that's the control unit for the good portion of the air system stuff like that so now on customers cars I don't wash them off I'm talking about under the hood I'll do it to my own but not to customers I don't have the time to play games with their stuff.
