Hello. I have a prius 3 at 125K miles, no lights or errors shown on screen. I was wondering any major things I need to do besides oil change at that point? also any affordable recommendations in the Los Angeles area?

Have you done any maintenance other than the Toyota recommended? The usual extras:

EGR cleaning (including intake manifold with it's EGR passages)
    Brake fluid change
    Transaxle fluid change
Water pump change (might as well replace thermostat too)
PCV valve (or at least inspect and clean)

And "vaguely" acknowledged in the US schedule:

A more in-depth brake inspection (every 30K miles or 3 years)

And a mod that's fairly popular, considering the copious oil that deposited in the intake (and undoubtedly carried on into the combustion chambers):

    Oil catch can

Just reached my 125,000 mile service. Replaced spark plugs, synthetic oil change. Have kept up with Toyota service requests. Will definitely take suggestions of Mendel Leisk. Thank you for being a part of this forum.

You might keep in mind that the HV battery will degrade after a while, so depending on how you take care of your battery, you may be looking to do some service on it in the next 100k. You could look into the process of reconditioning a battery so that you are familiar with the process when the time comes.
