Since August I have dumped 1600 in repairs for the prius. It has always been a very reliable car and has 125k miles on it. I'm being told is due for a cooling flush and spark plug replacement to the tune of almost 1k. Then the AC is only pushing out cool air....not cold. If it's a small leak they are saying it could be as low as 275 up to 1k. I'm starting to wonder if it's time to move on. These are dealership numbers btw in Manchester CT. Someone on the forum told me of another place in Manchester that did very good prius work. Anyone know the name? Looking for opinions.....Thx

you can also try different dealerships, and a/c shops that are familiar with the prius a/c, it is a bit different.
you've got a good car there if there's nothing else wrong. sparks shouldn't be more than $200 at most.
there are a number of other maint. items at 120k, have they been done?
does she burn any oil? be aware that you may need a new hybrid battery in the future, and potentially a brake actuator.
if you can afford it, and don't want to deal with these issues, there's nothing wrong with moving on, someone will get a gem.
