    These are good results.

Seeing a long-term fuel trim near zero means your injectors are doing just fine- at the very least, there's no evidence of fuel leakage through them. A positive LTFT value can indicate an air leak somewhere between the MAF and the intake valves, but at 1.56% it isn't worth doing anything at all.

You still have a fuel economy issue to resolve- but it sure does not look like there's anything wrong with your fuel injectors. Look elsewhere.

And a note: thank you for putting your app screenshots into a single PDF attachment. That made it easier to read.

    Here's a few questions:

Have you done oil analysis on your other Gen2- are they any different? I would expect (guess) that more stop & go driving on a Prius ( = more engine stop & start) results in more fuel dilution compared to a "normal" car.

What MPG are you getting - what are the other Gen2 getting? Is it the same type of driving?

What condition is the 12V battery in? How about the HV battery?- if you have the OBD link MX adapter (& android phone) you can use the Hybrid Assistant app to monitor HV block voltages during a discharge test.

Abnormal tire wear? (alignment), missing areo shields?, ICE thermostat working correctly? Air filter ok? How about exhaust restriction? (Search the gen2 forums for my posts about MAF sensor readings).

Many things can affect MPG. Gotta go through lots - one thing at a time.

It's a bunch of info to take in and understand. But that's what it takes to systematically tackle such a complex subject.

Short form, if you have another "known good" Gen2, then you should start looking at data from both and seeing what is different between them.
